It was great use of The Golden Voice. If there is any way to promote your video on various platforms, I'd do it. You make a really good under-appreciated point about Apex's ability to allow communication in a tactical game without needing to speak.

I used to play SOCOM back in the day. About as tactical as it can get. We were all mic'd up for the sake of team communication. And that was a fantastic part of the experience. But I can easily see that being intimidating for certain people. We're trying to play a game, not win an actual war. So Apex really broke barriers with the 'Ping' and it goes a bit under looked. Battlefield had the 'Spotting' system but I don't think it was invented with the same intention.

Can I answer someones question as a bystander? I want to hop in so bad on one response haha.

Nice work everyone. Two of these games are all time classics for me. You all know my #1. I was going to partake but I really didn't have time to make a presentation as I didn't prep ahead.

I don't really have a desire to present a game HoG style, but I'm open to just talking about hidden gems.

I have yet to ever hit 12 in 12 so I'm abstaining from participating in this thread. For whatever reason, I feel pressure to play faster when I should just enjoy my time with any given game. So no more rushing and no more crossing things off the list. Just enjoying my time with the backlog.

I played 50 hours of this to get all endings for 12 in 12 last year and it sucked the life out of me. I'd look up YouTube videos of the twists, turns, and core moments. It's 50 hours that feels like 150.

Man this years list is gonna be a joke from me. I only played a very small handful of 2022 games, and haven't even finished most of them. I can probably rank them on how much fun I had, but I feel like its a bit unfair to the devs when I haven't finished them all.

Either way, should make for an interesting list.

I'm down to the last few Café Menu Books. I feel like this "Campaign" is starting to drag a little bit cause I just want the damn circuits unlocked for practice. It's like a mental hurdle where I don't want to play online until finishing the Campaign, but the Campaign is driving me nuts because the AI is so dumb and some races like Nurburgring in the rain Last --> First is like... who designed that?!

I'm going to start trying to beat your times in Circuit Experience soon. Look out!
