@jdincinerator Just started playing a while ago. Can confirm, that game is still insanely good and holds up.

@jdincinerator Maybe I came on a bit strong. Give it a go whats the worst that can happen. Its definitely not as challenging as Forest, its a much better game all over. If you enjoy challenging but fair platformers can't see why anyone wouldn't like it.

I made my votes for 2011 already but I missed a few years. This would be my list for 2000: Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 WWF No Mercy Pokémon Gold and Silver Crazy Taxi Majesty: The Fantasy Kingdom Sim The Sims Tzar: The Burden of the Crown Resident Evil – Code: Veronica All of the early Tony Hawk's Pro Skater games are great and 2 is the one I've played the most. It got me into actual skateboarding even though I was bad at it. THPS2 is a game I still enjoy playing.

@ffff0 @Axel Seconded, it might be a good opportunity for you to plug it for non-forum regulars, explain how it works in more detail and what you do to organise it, explain how you do 2 every year, one for the year past and a retro one. It's sort of what Community Showcase is for, I think :)

I also want to nominate this to go to the HoF to keep all the "Best of" lists together. I didn't want to be the only one to bring this all the way back to the forefront (primarily it was the smallest amount of participation), but since I now know I'm not the only one, yes please.

I think it's safe to move this to Hall of Fame so we can always look back on it. :D
